The Brief: Build the credibility of Australian Birth Stories founder Sophie Walker and the profile of her podcast to improve the Australian birth experience. This campaign later included the launch of Sophie’s book The Complete Australian Guide to Pregnancy and Birth.
The Challenge: The initial challenge of this campaign was getting conversations about birth and pregnancy into the mainstream media conversation. For so long this universal experience has been made taboo and it was made our priority to humanise the challenges and trauma experienced by women through deep storytelling and expert commentary that would bring awareness.

After 7 years of hosting the podcast, Sophie was selected as one of 52 newsmakers in the Good Weekend, as chosen by The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age staff.
The Brief: Design and execute a PR and comms campaign to increase the NRCF’s Women’s Giving Circle membership from 32 members to 100 members so that the circle can gift and invest $100,000 per year to disadvantaged women and girls of the Northern Rivers.
The Challenge: Retaining and growing membership whilst raising awareness for the Northern Rivers Community Foundations Women Giving Circle. This included a website overhaul, new key messages, EDM flows and copy, setting up a unique social channel and a rebrand alongside local media outreach.
The result:
The O&C team increased membership to record levels, surpassing the campaign's goal of 100 members and finishing the campaign with 133 members
This years donation will be the largest since the Circle’s establishment in 2020
The Brief: To let the industry know Centennial World know what they're talking about when it comes to marketing to younger audiences, but also, to flex that they offer branded podcasts as part of their advertising mix.
The Challenge: Becoming the go-to expert and leader in Gen Z marketing strategy by addressing trending news topics and sharing forward thinking marketing advice.

The Brief: To promote WELA’s most recent research report Gender, Climate, and Environmental Justice and to call for an immediate amendment to the guiding principles for two government strategies: Working for Women: A Strategy for Gender Equality and the Net Zero Plan to ensure that a gender and climate lens is applied to all policy design.
The Challenge: Raising the awareness of the intersection between climate and gender and increasing the thought leadership profile of CEO Victoria and Head of Research and Policy Carla Leahy Pascoe.
